We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Living in Colour. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process. Please read our policy below.
Returns Period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your items.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original, unused, and resellable condition.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us at [alison@headinjurysupport.org.uk] or use our [contact form] to notify us of your intention to return the item(s). Include Order Details: To help us process your return efficiently, please include your order number and any relevant details when returning the item(s).
Return Confirmation & Postage Label: Once we confirm your return request, we will provide you with a prepaid return postage label. Please securely package your items and attach the provided label to the parcel.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at [alison@headinjurysupport.org.uk or contact form, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We may ask for photographs of the damaged items to help with the process.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
