Mental Health Support.
To promote and enhance the mental well-being of both acquired brain injury survivors and their carers, we offer counselling sessions with a qualified counsellor. These sessions, available by appointment, provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore their emotions, discuss challenges, and develop effective coping strategies.
We also create activities and projects focused on improving the mental well-being of both survivors and carers. These initiatives encompass workshops on stress management, mindfulness training, physical activities and initiatives that utilise and highlight mental health resources available in the community.
