Carer Services.
Our carer services aim to help carers build strong support networks, take time for their own health and personal needs, and ultimately enhance their overall well-being.
Our current carers services include:
- Courses that teach essential coping skills, such as resilience and mindfulness
- Classes to help develop new skills, interests, and hobbies
- Collaborations with community and statutory partners to facilitate presentations and advisory sessions
- Signposting to relevant statutory and community support services
- Monthly social nights for relaxation and connection with others
- Exclusive events for carers, including seasonal gatherings and coffee mornings
The programme is available to anyone who cares for an individual with an acquired brain injury. For enquiries, please reach out to our Family & Outreach Coordinator, Sinead, at 07718489833 or via email at sinead@headinjurysupport.org.uk.
